This role focuses on delivering and evolving a contemporary and innovative education program for members, partnering with the Member Engagement, Education and Advice (MEEA) teams to uplift and deliver a best-in-class education experience in the superannuation and financial services industry.
Your New Role The Education Delivery Lead is responsible for delivering and contributing to evolving a contemporary and innovative education program for members. The role will partner across Member Engagement, Education and Advice (MEEA) teams to uplift and deliver an education experience that aspires to be best in class in the superannuation & financial services industry. This role is critical in empowering our members to make better financial decisions and achieve better outcomes to make them feel confident and in control of their retirement. In this role, you will :
- Deliver education to 1 : many audiences that is relevant, personalised, accurate and pedagogically robust;
- Support members by providing education on superannuation, retirement, financial literacy and wellbeing to empower and enable them to be confident when planning for and in retirement;
- Support the design, development and implementation of learning solutions for various audiences; and
- Continually review content and update to include legislative and regulatory changes.

Strong experience in a Member Education or engagement role within the superannuation or finance sector and experience in delivering or coaching online or blended learning programsRG146 accreditation, ASFA Superannuation Diploma and / or relevant business-related tertiary qualificationsComprehensive knowledge of current and proposed superannuation legislation, industry trends and superannuation productsStrong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models and online pedagogyExcellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills in virtual and in-person settingsDemonstrates genuine care for members by ensuring consideration of their needsOutstanding interpersonal, verbal, representational and written skills with excellent facilitation skills in 1 : many settingsFlexibility with travel and work arrangements outside normal business hours including some weekendsAbility to assess risk context and communicate transparently as we simplify, learn and growEmployee Experience
