WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :
As a Disability Support Specialist, you’ll :
Empower participants to achieve their goals
Assist with personal care, daily routines, and social / community access
Promote independence, inclusion, and positive wellbeing
Collaborate with families, allied health, and our fun and supportive team

️ Cert III in Individual Support (or 1+ years of paid experience)

As a Disability Support Specialist, you’ll :

Above award pay — Earn $38–$65 / hr+ depending on penalty rates

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

️ Cert III in Individual Support (or 1+ years of paid experience)

️ NDIS Worker Screening Check

️ First Aid & CPR

️ Driver’s licence, reliable transport & comprehensive car insurance

️ Valid working rights in Australia
