Service Administrator Traineeship

This is a full-time office-based PAID traineeship perfect for ambitious individuals ready to start building a long-term career. Over a 12-month contract youll gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Business.

No experience No problem! This is an entry-level role with full training provided.

The Role:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support
• Print invoices and manage service documentation
• Open and close service orders
• Data entry and record management in internal systems
• Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries
• Support the warehouse and spare parts team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
