Job Specification

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you'll be leading a small and experienced team, taking charge of daily dispensary operations and delivering outstanding health services to loyal local customers. Responsibilities will include dispensing, counselling, managing QCPP & 7CPA requirements, and overseeing DAA packing (handled by your Technician). You'll have the opportunity to actively contribute to and enhance community health through a personal and patient-focused approach.

• DispenseWorks dispensary system for easy script trade.
• Monday‑Friday 9am-5pm.
• Sole pharmacist position with dedicated dispensing Tech and experienced Assistants.

Skills Required

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Vaccination accreditation (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for community pharmacy. Comfortable working as the sole pharmacist, demonstrating leadership and organisational abilitie.
