Overview

Experienced Gardening Team Leader – Caboolture position with Green by Nature. Lead a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across contracts from North Brisbane to the Southern Sunshine Coast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in high-quality groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
  • Complete service requests as required
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

    • What we are looking for

  • Experience in Gardening using push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying
  • Valid Manual Drivers Licence
  • White Card
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and / or independently
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to high standards
