The Position

We are looking for an experienced Executive Support Officer whois able to provide high-level administrative and executive supportto our Director of Infrastructure Services. This Directorateincludes the diverse areas of Fleet, Civil Infrastructure, Parks,Environment, Projects, Waste, Property, Assets, Leasing and theWaste Recovery Park. Previous experience supporting similarfunctions will be highly regarded. You will efficientlycoordinate and prioritize work tasks to support the optimaloperations of the Division and contribute to key organisationalinitiatives.

You will be the first point of contact for all persons wishingto contact the Director and will use your own discretion inredirecting those queries to the appropriate Officer. Amongother responsibilities you will manage calendars and appointments,attend meetings and take minutes, draft correspondence, handleconfidential information and record-keep using ECM. This positionalso supports office and minor events, office resourcing, projectassistance and process expenditure for the Director.

The Person

To be successful in this role you’ll possess

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant role to a Senior Executive.
  • Understanding of meeting procedures and preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Discretion, judgement, and confidentiality with highly developed communication skills.
  • Salary :   $82,049 - $87,516 per annum,depending on qualifications and experience.

    Hours :  Full-time, 76 hours per fortnightwith flexible working arrangements available.
