Description and Requirements
This is a rare opportunity in OSHC ! You have the chance to build your own Outside School Hours Care service YOUR way, and bring your passion for working with children and creative ideas to life. You'll bring your strong communication skills to this leadership role, working in a way that allows you to have your nights, weekend's, AND the middle of the day free.
PLUS, you'll also receive an additional $3,000 in bonuses in your first year - $1,500 at the end of your first month, and $1,500 at the end of 12 months. This is in addition to split shift allowances, uniform allowances, training, paid admin, and heaps of discounts.
You'll work 7:00am - 9:00am in your Rise then Shine program and 3:00pm - 6:00pm in your Stay and Play program, plus you'll also be paid an additional 4 admin hours each week. In addition to these guaranteed 29 hours, you'll also have the choice to pick up additional hours during the school holidays, or just take a break.
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you'll manage this Traralgon service for children aged 5-12 years. You'll operate out of the school gym with roughly 25 students in the morning and 45 in the afternoon, have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
