We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Graduate to join our People and Culture team. This is an entry-level, developmental role designed for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is keen to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of human resources activities.
Working closely with experienced HR professionals, you will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR systems administration, and reporting. This role provides excellent exposure to HR best practice, employment legislation, and people processes within a complex, multi-site organisation.
This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone near completion of their HR qualification who is looking to build a solid foundation in Human Resources.
