We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Graduate to join our People and Culture team. This is an entry-level, developmental role designed for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is keen to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of human resources activities.

Working closely with experienced HR professionals, you will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR systems administration, and reporting. This role provides excellent exposure to HR best practice, employment legislation, and people processes within a complex, multi-site organisation.

This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone near completion of their HR qualification who is looking to build a solid foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with employee records, HR documentation, and system updates
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including pre-employment checks
• Assist as a first point of contact for basic HR queries, escalating where required
• Support HR reporting and maintenance of internal databases
• Assist with administration of the ELMO HRIS and payroll documentation
• Support ad hoc HR projects and reporting requirements

You are organised, motivated, and keen to build a career in Human Resources. You enjoy working in a team environment, have strong attention to detail, and are comfortable following established processes while learning new skills.
