Configuration Analyst

12 months Fixed term contract role | Melbourne or Parramatta based | Superannuation & Insurance experience only with exposure to Defined Benefits (DB)

In this role, you'll be accountable for :

• Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and uncover the best configuration solutions.
• Building, testing, and documenting configuration changes across core registry systems, web platforms, and related applications.
• Complete Business Requirements where necessary and produce Configuration Specifications.
• Ensure configuration solution design meets business requirements and solution is understood by Business, Technical Development and Test Teams
• Supporting BA, technical, development, and testing teams throughout the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Applying your SQL and systems knowledge to deliver robust, practical outcomes.
• Troubleshooting production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Investigate and consult on pragmatic alternatives for short, medium, and long-term solutions to a problem
• Work and collaborate with third and / or vendor parties to deliver integrated system solutions
