Recruitment Consultant - Immediate Start

About the Role

Skillforce Recruitment is looking for a driven and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Perth. What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment process, from job brief to placement
• Developing new business through outbound calls, meetings, and relationship-building
• Growing and maintaining existing client accounts across various industries
• Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure role alignment
• Writing job advertisements and using sourcing platforms effectively
• Providing market insights and recruitment advice to clients
• Working collaboratively within a supportive team to meet shared goals

What You Bring

• Previous experience in recruitment or a strong background in sales / business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, results-focused mindset with strong time management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Confidence using recruitment tools, CRM systems, and social platforms
