Inspirations Paint is Australia\'s leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. A casual position is available at our Ballina(NSW) company store. You may also be required to work at the Byron Bay store.

As part of the DuluxGroup, a leading marketer and manufacturer of premium branded products, Inspirations Paint employees are part of Australia\'s largest network of paint stores, serving both retail (DIY) and trade (professional / commercial) markets.

Previous experience within the paint industry is preferred as the paint industry is a specialised industry and we pride ourselves on providing accurate and professional advice to our customers. Any relevant personal experience in home improvement projects or within the paint or hardware industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers
• Tinting & mixing paint
• Following the "Inspirations Way"
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
• Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping
• Workplace Health & Safety
