Ao3 Communication Officer

AO3 Communication Officer Contract to 18 / 08 / 2026| Townsville City + WFH We are partnering with a Queensland Government department (CSM team) to recruit an experienced AO3 Communication Officer.

This essential support role will alleviate operational tasks from senior team members, providing significant assistance across the planning, pre-construction, and construction phases of QTRIP projects.

Key Responsibilities : Stakeholder Support : Provide low-risk stakeholder engagement support for QTRIP projects and assist or attend stakeholder meetings with Program Engagement Offices.

Digital Content : Develop and update project webpages and The Hive webpages; create analytic reports and project updates.

Correspondence Tracking : Manage the correspondence tracker and handle low-level stakeholder communication responses.

Documentation Data : Source stakeholder contact details and lot number information, entering data into spreadsheets and consultation managers.

Material Development : Develop project flyers and manage their distribution What We're Looking For : Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably within a government environment.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail for managing correspondence trackers and data entry.

Experience or strong ability in developing digital content (webpages, updates, reports).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement support.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
