We’re looking for a driven, thoughtful Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel Evocative Media’s next phase of growth by generating high-quality new business opportunities. This is not a high-volume sales role. It’s a performance-driven role for someone who cares deeply about relevance, qualification, and building a strong pipeline that converts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research target brands aligned with Evocative Media’s ideal client profile.
- Execute thoughtful outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and relevant channels.
- Leverage Evocative Media’s existing network, events, and partnerships to generate warm opportunities.
- Personalise messaging based on brand context, industry, and marketing maturity.
Qualification & Opportunity Creation
Qualify prospects against agreed criteria including business size, marketing channels, budget alignment, and technology stack.Ensure all qualification details are captured prior to booking meetings.Book high-quality discovery meetings with Evocative’s CEO.Balance speed with rigor – prioritising quality over volume.CRM & Process Discipline
Maintain accurate, detailed records in HubSpot.Ensure qualification standards are met before meeting handover.Keep pipeline data clean to support reporting, forecasting, and commission accuracy.Work closely with leadership to refine targeting and messaging.Share insights from prospect conversations to inform positioning and outbound strategy.Contribute to the development of repeatable new business processes and playbooks.Your Experience
Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (agency or professional services experience preferred).Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and process discipline.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced agency environment.Evocative Media Offers
