The Opportunity

We’re seeking a talented and dedicated Relationship Manager to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in fostering long‑lasting relationships with our members, understanding their needs, providing them with personalised solutions and growing our existing member base.

About the Role

• Take ownership of retaining, developing and increasing the Police Bank membership as well as ensuring the ongoing profitable growth of lending portfolios.
• Actively promote the Police Bank brand, products and services at member meetings, industry functions, conferences and events.
• Provide specialist advice and personalised recommendations to both new and existing members – also handle enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide feedback on changes in market conditions, competitiveness and competitor activities.
