Underground Mining Supervisor

Overview

Westfill Are Seeking An Experienced Underground Mining Supervisor To Join Our Team In The Midwest. Reporting To The Foreman You Will Be

Responsibility

• An experienced Shift Supervisor required for busy narrow vein operation. (S26 Compliant)
• Have experience and knowledge in conventional production and development forms of mining.
• Able to read and interoperate all mining plans including drill plans, charge plans and mining instructions.
• Able to direct a crew of up to 25 people and at times lead by example in a well cultured team.
• Be safety focused and driven to place safety in front of production.
• Able to achieve high production and development output safely and efficiently with regard to client priorities.
• Able to manage the underground mine on a day-to-day basis protecting personnel, plant and infrastructure to the highest standard.
• Able to professionally lease with Mine Foreman, Project Managers and Client alike.
