About the role
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. Suitable applicants will have the opportunity to develop skills in surgical nursing with the support of an Educator.
Ward 4B is a 30 bed ward caring for adult patients from surgical specialties. The surgical specialties include but are not limited to : General surgery, Colorectal, Gastro, Plastics, Skin lesions including melanoma, oncology based surgery including mastectomy and breast reconstruction (DIEP) and cardiothoracic.
Suitable applicants will have the opportunity to develop skills in surgical nursing with the support of an educator. Skills development available for patients requiring 1 : 1 acute post-operative care.
