We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Role :

• Motivate and inspire your team by leading by example to exceed customer expectations
• Identify training needs and support team development
• Ensure smooth and efficient store operations to meet targets
• Manage stock proactively to minimize waste and optimize stock takes
• Develop opportunities to increase transactions and sales
