Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager

Due to continued business growth, we're on the hunt for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement targeted digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee website content, SEO strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Implement marketing automation and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.

Content & Social Media Marketing :

  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, and project highlights.
  • Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Develop video marketing campaigns, including customer testimonials and industry insights.
  • Optimize website and content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink-building strategies.
  • Use CRM tools to track, nurture, and convert leads into clients.
  • Branding & Public Relations :

  • Strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.
  • Manage online reputation, including customer reviews and testimonials.
  • Identify PR and partnership opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Performance Tracking & Revenue Growth :

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
  • Optimise marketing strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
  • Earn commission on successful lead-to-client conversions driven by marketing campaigns.
  • About You :

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within construction or trades.
  • Strong experience in PPC, SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, HubSpot, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing campaigns for revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns in a remote setting.
