As internal sales, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s sales growth and building strong relationship with our valued customers.

Your role :

  • Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
  • Process orders via phone and email
  • Support a diverse customer base in providing product support
  • Attend to sales enquiries / provide technical support
  • Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required

What you need :

  • Experience in hydraulics / industrial products. Hose and Fitting background will be an advantage.
  • Mechanical aptitude  in an automotive or industrial industry.
  • Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth.
  • Strong technical skills and problem solving.
  • Experience in customer service in a retail / trade environment .
  • Ability to engage with people and build good customer rapport.
  • Computer literacy, experience using Pronto would be advantageous .
