- About our CAREGivers and the role
- Our CAREGivers have a big heart, They have a desire to make a difference in the lives of ageing adults and their families. They are personable and able to build relationships whilst being patient and able to adapt their communication skills to suit our clients.
Previous experience or qualifications are not essential as we provide you training and support. As a CAREGiver you will provide individual person centred care to support people to stay in their own homes for a longer period. We are currently seeking new CAREGiver's located in the Bunbury and Busselton areas.
- As a Home Instead CAREGiver you will provide
- companionship - social support which may also include transporting clients in and around the local community
- Domestic support - including vaccuming, mopping, laundry, general cleaning of the home.
- Assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Compassionate home care through building trust and taking the lead to support individuals to live as independently as possible at home
- Individualised care that is tailored to suit the personal needs of our individual clients
- We are looking for people who
- Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families
- Are personable, approachable, and able to build relationships with each of your clients
- Will be reliable with clear communication skills
- Are happy to support in all parts of the role as listed above, our CAREGiver's support in all areas not just specific tasks.
