My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.
Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.
Our client is seeking a Support Worker local to Onkaparinga Council Area .
About You
We are looking for people with a passion for making a difference , regardless of experience . You will bring :
Experience with personal care or challenging behaviours is beneficial but not required. We encourage individuals with lived experience or a desire to make a positive impact to apply.
