About the Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate Lead Software Engineer (.NET, API Developer) to work on exciting new projects for some of Australia's leading organisations.

With a focus on creative collaboration, you'll be part of an integrated, multi-disciplined team building innovative solutions for blue-chip clients such as Woodside, VenuesWest, Edinburgh Fringe, Rottnest Island Authority and more.

Fusing strategic thinking, mature processes and agile delivery, you'll develop robust, user-friendly web / mobile applications, bespoke integrations and CMS-driven sites.

Please note, this is a Perth based role and all applicants must be able to attend the office weekly.

About You

We're looking for someone passionate and enthusiastic about development, keen to think innovatively and ready to craft exceptional digital experiences with a genuine passion for tech.

You'll enjoy being part of an agile team, working in a dynamic environment built on collaboration and communication, and continually want to learn and improve.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10 years experience working with ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET, SQL Server and IIS.

Net Core

RESTful web services, GraphQL and 3rd-party integrations

GIT : branching, merging and conflict resolution

Understanding of Solution Architecture and / or Technical Design

Demonstrated experience in leading others, mentoring, training and developing technical capabilities of team members

Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team

Angular JS, React JS or React Native experience

JS-based tools like Webpack, Yarn and Nx

Octopus Deploy and TeamCity experience

Atlassian suite of products or similar

Outstanding organisational and time-management skills

Exceptional communication skills, in written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail

Strong multitasking skills, working on multiple projects simultaneously

Collaboration and teamwork skills

Positive, results-driven approach

Preferred but not essential : a tertiary qualification or considerable industry experience in an applicable field.
