About the Role

At Community Support Incorporated (CSI) , we’ve been a trusted provider of home care services across South Australia for over 30 years, supporting people living with disability and those who are ageing to live independently in their communities.

You’ll be providing meaningful, in‑home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Every day is different, and you will provide personal care, domestic assistance, transport to appointments or activities, and social and community support. You may also support clients with complex needs – we’ll give you all the training you need.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients.
  • Assist with transport to appointments and activities.
  • Offer social and community support.
  • Support clients with complex needs where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Hold a minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care).
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability.
  • Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred).
  • Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps.
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and / or Working with Children Check (or be willing to apply).
  • Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate.
  • Have a valid driver’s licence and a road‑worthy, insured vehicle.
