Job description

Fuse Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a leading Australian-owned fruit juice manufacturer in their search for an experienced Electrical Fitter to join their established team.

This permanent full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, working Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance (such as conveyor systems, mixing / batching machines, etc)
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure machinery is running efficiently during shifts
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment repairs and servicing
  • Any additional general electrical maintenance required around site

    • Requirements :

  • Electrical Fitter Trade Qualification Mandatory
  • Dual trade qualifications would be highly regarded
  • Proven experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg occasionally
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices
