Randstad is looking for bubbly and enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to join a dynamic team within the banking industry on a casual basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people and are looking for a casual opportunity, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus, but not essential

A friendly, bubbly personality with a genuine passion for helping others

Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 9 : 15 AM and 5 : 15 PM

Ability to travel to different branches in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide to cover shifts

Ability to cover last minute shifts
