As our Head Cook at GYG you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Your responsibilities will include aiding in the training and growth of the entire kitchen team. Additionally youll provide support to the Restaurant Manager in overseeing key metrics such as COGS labor and operating expenses.
