The AU Onboarding Analyst in the Sales Department is essential for driving sales by rigorously validating and assessing prospective applicants. This role involves conducting thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and detailed due diligence to ensure potential affiliates align with Ria's high standards of integrity and compliance. The analyst collaborates closely with the Sales team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of new applications, directly supporting the department's sales objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Your responsibilities will entail but not limited to :
- Manage and enter data related to affiliates' onboarding activities into Ria systems.
- Assist the Sales Team by addressing concerns with onboarding and existing affiliates, promptly resolving escalated issues to ensure seamless onboarding and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct due diligence for new and renewing affiliate applicants, perform risk assessments, issue security keys, and process terminations following relevant regulations and Ria's internal guidelines.
- Provide detailed reports to management on the onboarding process status, highlighting any issues or delays, and keep management informed of progress and potential delays affecting timelines or compliance.
- Identify and analyse discrepancies and errors in Ria systems, process necessary adjustments, and follow up on issues to ensure resolution.
- Perform screening during onboarding and ongoing processes, analyse results, and identify areas for review by the Compliance department.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure prompt document collection and follow up as necessary to manage outstanding responses.
