YOUR ROLE

As a KEY player in this winning Corporate / Commercial team (being led and mentored by some of Australia's top corporate / commercial law partners), you will love helping blue-chip clients with sophisticated intellectually stimulating +interesting local / cross-border transactions relating to M&As, IPOs, corporate structuring, capital raising, corporate governance / compliance, and joint ventures+diverse commercial law eg franchising, IP, trade practices / consumer law.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you :

• have 3 + years’ experience (up to Associate level ) in corporate / commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions) with a 1st / 2nd-tier national / international firm or specialist boutique firm;
• have strong research / technical / drafting legal skills + a strong commercial acumen + ability to provide practical relevant advice;
• proven ability to manage client relationships ;
• are ambitious+ driven to be the best you can be (professionally / personally)+ hungry to learn from+ be inspired by top passionate professionals.
