We are seeking experienced and highly capable Nurse Practitioners to join our team, providing healthcare services to a client in the Oil and Gas industry in Karratha, Western Australia. This is a fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) opportunity operating on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster. Positions are available on both a full-time fixed-term and casual basis, with a preference for Perth-based applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver primary and emergency medical care to site personnel
• Lead clinical governance and support compliance with health standards
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in collaboration with the Clinical Team Leader
• Manage occupational health rehabilitation and return-to-work programs
• Prescribe and monitor medications in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in incident investigations and maintain accurate medical records
• Facilitate training and promote continuous clinical improvement
