The Role : We are looking for a business leader to join our retail store leadership team at HYPE DC Marion on a 6‑month contract. As the Assistant Store Manager you will deliver the brand vision, establish a high‑performance culture, create memorable experiences for our customers and achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial sales goals and metrics in a multimillion‑dollar retail store.
• Deliver on the brand vision and strategy.
• Ensure customers are at the core of every decision, providing 100% memorable experiences.
• Create a people‑first culture by empowering and developing talent.
• Provide coaching, support and feedback to drive results.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new team members.
• Deliver a seamless omni‑channel experience in‑store, including online order preparation.
• Maintain visual merchandising excellence and a best‑in‑class store appearance.
• Ensure the store is a safe, fun place for customers and team.
