About Your New Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with Applications Experience for a long-term contract with a view to extend. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, coupled with extensive experience in managing and optimizing applications to support business operations and strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging application solutions.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to design, implement, and maintain applications that meet business needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure application functionality and performance meet requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of applications.
• Monitor and report on application performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application technologies to recommend best practices and innovative solutions.
