Senior Designer - Ux / Ui

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join a leading global digital agency. In this role, you'll lead the creation of user-centric digital products and services for major brands. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define experience strategies, shape creative solutions, and ensure delivery of high-quality design outcomes.

This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution. You'll play a key part in mentoring others, influencing design culture, and setting the standard for what great digital experiences should look like.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver end-to-end design solutions, from concept through to execution

Define experience strategies that align user needs with business goals

Lead design research, interpret findings, and translate insights into actionable ideas

Apply core design principles including layout, typography, accessibility, motion, and interaction

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and refine digital products and experiences

Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with internal and external stakeholders

Help grow the design practice by mentoring others and contributing to team development

Stay up to date with tools, trends, and techniques to improve design outcomes

Present work clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams

Skills & Experience6+ years in UX, UI, or experience design roles, ideally in an agency or product environment

Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work and thinking

Skilled in tools like Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe XD, or similar

Experience running user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights

Confident leading workshops and design presentations

Comfortable working in iterative environments (Agile, Lean, Design Sprints, etc.)

Strong communicator and collaborator

Demonstrated ability to manage your own work and take initiative

Background in mentoring or supporting other designers is a plus
