WHO YOU ARE

Our Resident Experience Team Member are the welcoming face and helping hand of our Essence Communities team. You will play a key role in assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the asset, ensuring an exceptional residential experience.

You will be naturally helpful, warm and welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile to assist your team, our residents, visitors and clients with enquiries related to their residency, general needs, lifestyle and local area. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within real estate, student accommodation or the hotel industry. You will be prepared to draw on your experience to problem solve issues to help improve resident experience in the moment.
