Therefore, due to continued growth we are excited to invite applications for a full time Payroll Officer to join the team at our Bendigo Head Office.
Duties involved, but not limited to:
- Assist with processing end-to-end fortnightly payroll
- Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual obligations (e.g., Payroll Tax, PAYG, Superannuation, Group Certs)
- Reconciliations
- Assist with payroll queries
- Assist with other finance & administrative related duties as required
The successful applicant must demonstrate the following key requirements:
- Prior experience in processing payroll
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to manage highly confidential information and maintain discretion.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
