Business Development Manager(s) - Sydney / Melbs
Reporting to : Head of Sales, Australia
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a National Business Development team. The successful candidate will have a network in Commercial Real Estate and a strong understanding of facilities management and delivery of soft services.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the Commercial Real Estate industry
- Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of the industry and competitors
Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management in Commercial Real Estate and Facilities ManagementStrong understanding of facilities management and delivery of hard servicesSelf-motivated, results-driven and able to work autonomouslyExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of self-perform / self-delivery models is encouragedThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and high-performing sales team.
