Job Description
- Oversee and manage a designated territory, and prioritise engagement with GPs and pharmacists to drive product uptake.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly call schedules.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, their teams, and key industry stakeholders, including organising and attending relevant trade events or lunches.
- Record call interactions in CRM and analyse performance against targets.
- Share insights to optimise territory strategies and best practices.
- Develop and execute territory business plans, manage budgets for events and engagements, and implement strategies to enhance prescriber confidence and product adoption.
The Successful Applicant
Skills and Experience :
- Tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of GP Sales or pharmaceutical sales experience in QLD
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in education and training
- Must have a car / driver's license
- Cross-functional collaboration across sales teams
- Understanding of the prescription medicines landscape with a focus on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and current and future dynamics that impact the company's portfolio and product pipeline
- Agility, organisational, and great communication skills are a must
