Job descriptionQBCC Site Supervisor license or ability to obtain one quickly. Good computer literacy (Procore preferred but not essential). Trade background, preferably in carpentry. Experience delivering commercial or residential projects up to $10m. Competitive salary in the range of $140-150k + super, based on experience. Long-term, secure employment. Reasonable work hours.

Due to a strong project pipeline for 2025 and 2026, they are seeking a new Site Manager for an initial project in Pimpama.
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate sub-contractors on site daily.
- Maintain a safe site environment at all times.
- Ensure quality control and minimize defects.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet project deadlines.
