• Manage adviser and client queries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all client portfolios
• Coordinate adviser reporting cycles and assist with tax and compliance processes
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to resolve operational issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• Prepare and review reports to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
• Participate in adviser meetings and provide high-quality service support
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and adviser experience
