Responsibilities

Primary Function

Tests, calibrates / validates and repairs electronic or analytical instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Keysight products and / or products manufactured by another company. Engaged with Quality and Metrology (preferably as a signatory) and accomplished in RF disciplines. Work is typically performed at our premises but the successful candidate will be required to travel onsite for a few weeks at a time at a customer location. Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals.

• Evaluates assignments and determines actions required
• Tasks involve analysis and new / customized approaches
• Solves complex problems requiring breadth / depth of knowledge of repair, calibration, refurbishment and preventative maintenance techniques / equipment, processes
• Service Tech with experience in RF (preferably >

18GHz) and capabilities in metrology (preferably a signatory / performing uncertainty calculations)
