We provide In-Home Care, Community Participation, Short-Term Accommodation, Supported Independent Living, and Community Nursing.About The RoleWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide In-Home Support to an NDIS participant living in Bairnsdale, Victoria.The role involves supporting the participant with daily living activities, community access, and building independence within their home and community.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the participant with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and communityProviding positive behavior support using proactive and preventative strategiesMaintaining respectful, effective communication with the participant, support team, and stakeholdersCompleting all required documentation including shift notes, incident reports, and data collectionContributing to the team's objective of achieving the best outcomes for the participantCollaborating with your team leader / service coordinator to implement and review support plansMaintaining professional boundaries and adhering to NDIS and company Code of ConductDemonstrating reliability, accountability, and responsiveness to the participant and your teamWhat We OfferCasual positionsCompetitive pay rates up to $
