About The Role

Joining the Sunfam team as a Welder / Fabricator , you will be joining Bundaberg’s leading retailer in agricultural products. In this varied role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling pipework and irrigation equipment – both in our workshop and on client sites.

Responsibilities :

As a Welder, you will :

• Read and interpret technical drawings / blueprints of irrigation systems
• Perform welding on various metals and materials for the fabrication and repair of irrigation system components (e.g., pipes, fittings, supports, valves, etc.)
• Collaborate with project teams to assemble and install irrigation equipment and systems
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and materials in good working order
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
