The Role

As a Club Manager working across our Cranbourne & Pakenham clubs youll be the face of the club driving results creating a welcoming space for members and leading with positivity and purpose. Your day-to-day will include :

• Managing all club operations sales performance & member experience
• Leading and mentoring a small team of casuals or PTs
• Creating engaging local content (stories reels interviews)
• Running community outreach and pre-sale activations
• Hitting KPIs with authenticity and passion
