About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Content Marketer to support marketing and growth initiatives. You’ll help plan, write, and repurpose content that drives awareness, engagement, and leads across multiple channels, from blog posts and social media to email campaigns and digital resources for teachers.
Ideal for someone early in their marketing career eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. Start 2–3 days per week, with opportunity to expand hours and responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Research, write, and edit content for social media, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats (e.g., blog → social snippets, webinar → email series).
- Maintain brand voice and ensure all content aligns with tone, style, and goals.
- Work closely with growth and design teams to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns.
- Develop content ideas that support lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Brief and collaborate with the design team on visuals and multimedia content.
- Create quick‑turnaround assets using Canva or similar tools (e.g., social graphics, short videos).
- Apply SEO and AEO best practices to maximise reach.
- Conduct keyword and trend research to inform the content calendar.
- Manage and grow brand presence across social media channels.
- Engage with followers and educators, fostering community conversations and sharing insights with the team.
- Review analytics on engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Suggest data‑driven improvements to optimise future campaigns.
About You
Passion for storytelling, education, and technology.Curious and eager to learn about marketing and how schools and teachers work.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable using social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and content tools like Canva.Eye for detail and willingness to experiment.Can commit to 2–3 days per week, ideally working part time from the Haymarket office part of the time.Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms.Familiarity with SEO and basic analytics.Previous internship or project work in content creation or marketing.Background or interest in education or edtech.Why Join Mathspace
