True Society stores exclusively offer internationally sought-after designer brands Essense of Australia, Stella York, All Who Wander, Martina Liana and Martine Liana Luxe.

True Society in Sydney is our third store in Australia.The new store exudes an elevated, urban chic vibe and provides a stunning stage for showcasing our breathtaking designer wedding dresses.True Society is THE destination for transforming dress dreams into the most amazing reality, and we are looking for career-minded retail professionals (our True Crew!) who are passionate about fashion, sales and bridal.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Provide an exceptional and consistent experience to all brides and their party members.

• Work one-on-one with brides to find their dream wedding dress for their big day.

• Build relationships with brides throughout the entire lifecycle of the experience.

• Provide feedback about emerging bridal trends, accessories, and other add-on items or services.

• Consistently achieve and maintain sales goals as set by management.

• Assist with implementing new business ideas relating to customer experience, driving sales, new technology and merchandising.

• Participate and assist with organising in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.

• Maintain high level of store standards by maintaining a clean and well‑organised store.

• Represent the store and the designer labels we sell in a professional and consultative manner.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Fashion or related degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Available to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.

• Minimum 1-2 years bridal sales or other consultative retail, luxury sales experience preferred.

• Proven sales aptitude with the ability to prospect and close retail sales.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

• Ability to quickly develop strong product knowledge of the bridal industry and trends.

• Detail‑oriented with a keen understanding of fashion and bridal fashion.

• Ability to always maintain a fashion‑forward and professional appearance.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to self‑manage working effectively to a deadline.

• A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.

• Ability to adapt to change in an ever‑growing, fast‑paced environment.

• Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 12 kgs, kneel, stand and work on feet most of the time.
