We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Heavy vehicle Diesel Mechanics to join our team at our Mildura Dealership . This is a permanent full-time position with competitive pay and benefits working on some of Australia’s premium truck brands!

What Does a Day as a Mechanic Look Like at Johnson’s Trucks?

Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel machinery, Trucks & Trailers.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems

Ordering parts as needed

Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used via our electronic system

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members

What you Need :

Relevant Heavy Vehicle trade certificate

Demonstrated mechanical knowledge & skills

Experience with Volvo, UD, Mack & Hino Trucks is desirable

Able to work a minimum of 40hrs per week, overtime & callout roster may be required at times

Committed to complying with all OH&S procedures
