What we're looking for :

Integrity is at the core of everything we do. It's essentially the foundation to us building honest and trustworthy relations with our team, our customer's, and our suppliers. It's also crucial for making ethical decisions and addressing challenges calmly and purposefully.

Irrespective of the role within our company, all employees have valuable inputs and are treated as an important part of the organisation. We view all our employees as partners. The reason for this is simple….it leads to an understanding within the company that we all have a common goal that everybody is working towards. This creates a culture in which employees are proud of the company and want it to succeed.

As a company, we are always looking to find people who can collaborate effectively within a team but can also work independently to get things done.

What you'll need :

Valid Class C Australian driver's licence as a minimum requirement

Good driving record

To display initiative and have a strong work ethic.

To be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

To be able to think critically and problem solve.

To be motivated and dependable

To be able to approach, connect and interact with others

To act with integrity, be safe and do your best

To be open to growing and developing your skill set

Forklift license or truck license is an advantage but not essential. At Extreme, we believe our company's biggest asset is its people, so investing in the right candidates is always a good idea. We encourage personal development and are happy to provide opportunities to learn new skills or improve existing expertise.

What we are looking for more than anything, is someone that is the right fit for our workplace culture.

What you'll get

We want our employees to feel happy, accepted, valued and included. We believe the relationship between happiness at work and in life is a feedback loop….. those who are happy in their lives, in general, are more likely to be happy and successful at work. We work hard to maintain a positive workplace culture by giving back wherever possible.

Socialization & Fun — Friday lunches, birthday celebrations and opportunities for socialization outside of the workplace provide opportunities for our team to develop relationships with each other. This allows team members to feel like they're a part of a work culture that values more than just completing assignments on time. These activities foster a sense of belonging along with opportunities to express unique personalities.

Belonging — belonging is prioritized as one of our core values. We maintain balance by working in an atmosphere that is fun, yet focused on attaining the business goals. We believe fun helps show off our individual strengths, weaknesses and personalities, allowing us to make connections and feel happier, less stressed and more engaged while at work.

Christmas / New Year Closure – as a family business we understand the importance of work / life balance and so we close down over Christmas for a couple of weeks to allow all our team a chance to relax, pursue hobbies and catch up with friends and family.

Learning from Mistakes – as humans we all make mistakes. We are a team and as such mistakes reflect on the company. We accept mistakes happen and own them as a team rather than as individuals. What's important is that we fix mistakes as quickly as possible and work as a team to prevent the same mistake from happening again.
