• About the Role

As part of the Jubilo Gelato team, you'll play an essential role in making our shop a welcoming and enjoyable space for everyone. Your responsibilities will include :

• Serving our delicious gelato.
• Preparing drinks, including iced coffees, thickshakes, and hot coffees.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

This role requires flexibility to work both daytime and evening shifts, so availability during these times is important.

• What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Barista experience is a bonus, as you'll need to prepare hot coffees as part of the role.
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
