We’re seeking an innovative Customer Solutions Engineer to join our growing team on a 6‑month secondment. Deliver exceptional outcomes that embody our values and leave a lasting impression. The role is Hybrid once the initial training is completed.

    Do you hold expertise in telco intricacies and possess familiarity with the following :

  • 3+ years’ experience in implementation of small to large scale SD‑WAN, MPLS & Layer 2 networks
  • VOIP / SIP experience
  • NBN Access Tech (NEBS & Enterprise Ethernet)
  • Customer Premises Equipment
  • Fiber Networks Expertise
  • Data Center Cross‑Connects Proficiency
  • If you possess practical know‑how and hold certifications in Cisco / Fortinet (e.g., Cisco CCNA or Fortinet NSE4 / 5), along with a track record of implementing Hosted Phone Systems, Cloud Connect, and Managed Routers, you might just be the perfect fit for this position.

  • Understand customer needs for smooth connectivity
  • Collaborate with Sales on tailored designs
  • Configure diverse network infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, VeloCloud, etc.)
  • Assist installation for seamless services
  • Deliver thorough handover documentation
  • Conduct product research and liaise with relevant teams
  • Stay updated on Aussie Broadband’s offerings and network capabilities
