EMM Senior Systems Engineer

A global multinational client that has been operating for over 90 years.

The Role :

We are seeking an EMM Senior Systems Engineer with end-to-end experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SCCM, Intune, and SOE design & deployment for modern device management. This role requires deep technical expertise in MDM, Intune, SCCM, and SOE modern tech management to drive enterprise-level deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & deploy MDM / MAM solutions using Intune & SCCM
• Lead SOE design and implementation projects
• Deploy and manage apps via Intune & Samsung Knox
• Handle SCCM & Intune migrations and troubleshooting
• Engage with stakeholders and provide technical documentation
• Work on Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and mobile service management (Optus / Telstra portals)
• Lead escalation of Intune & SCCM issues with Microsoft & app vendors

Essential Skills & Experience :

• Extensive experience in SCCM, Intune, and MDM solution design
• Strong background in SOE deployment & modern tech management
• Deep understanding of Active Directory (on-prem & Azure), authentication protocols
• Hands-on experience with iOS & Android MDM management (Intune, Samsung Knox, Apple Business Manager)
• ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Strong stakeholder engagement & technical documentation skills

Desirable Skills :

• Microsoft and / or VMware certifications
• ITIL certifications
• Background in call centre / telephony environments
• Experience designing & supporting new solutions
