Job Description

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Process salary adjustments, tax calculations, and superannuation contributions.
• Provide timely responses to employee payroll queries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to the accounting and finance department.
• Identify and implement process improvements in payroll operations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have :

• Experience in end-to-end payroll
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (knowledge of NZ payroll a bonus!)
• Proficiency in payroll systems, UKG Ready a bonus!
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to be involved in suggesting improvements
• Strong communication skills for liaising with employees and internal teams.
